During a hectic period in my life i was forced into doing something i’d never done before - buying a car online. I contact Trade Cars 4 U via autotrader where questions around the vehicle were answered quickly and efficiently. I was even offered to go up and view out if their opening hours (which i was unable to do sadly)

Everything was really quick and easy and in my present situation was something that suited my needs perfectly. Delivery was quick, on time and reasonably priced and the vehicle was exactly as described.

Bought a 13 year old Jazz last week and drove it straight up to the northern tip of Scotland and back. First 1200 miles and the car runs like a dream. The guys at the dealership were really friendly and helpful. Just let us have the keys, look round the car and take it for a test drive without any fuss. Made it really simple with the paperwork, were really honest with any faults or issues and the price was really competitive. Would recommend them to anyone.

Great selection of cars and the service was ace, bought a 8 year old Skoda Fabia that was in great condition, my purchase came with a 3 month warranty which gives peace of mind, on the day of collection the car was freshly valeted inside and out and was ready for my time of arrival! Cannot recommend this garage more, great staff, information and customer service!!

Although I decided to keep my current car for another year I would however, like to add that I was drawn to this company for the following reasons.

1. Their vehicle prep and descriptions are excellent
2. Their staff and customer contact and getting back to me when they said they would was excellent. I dealt with 3 members of staff so it was indicative of their ethos.
3. Having read their reviews and especially how they dealt with a particular angry if somewhat delusional customer, with a number of refuted claims of wrong doing, was truly exceptional.

As such I have no doubt that when we start to look again for a vehicle, that we will be checking them out and their stock first.

They just seemed to know their business and how to treat customers properly which unfortunately, in the car trade, is a rare but wonderful experience. Keep up the good work guys and gals. Hope to actually get a vehicle from you at some point in the future.
